The statistics say it all. Growth is one of the church's biggest struggles, but we know how to help.
By now you’ve probably heard about the incredible partnership we’ve made recently with the Economic Incentives Advisory Group (EIAG). We are beyond grateful and truly excited to create an alliance that will benefit our current and future SpaceTogether users.
We gave our official announcement last month, where we introduced our community to the EIAG and outlined some of the most critical benefits of the alliance.
This time, we’re here to drop the official press release from BonoVoxPR, where you hear directly from both SpaceTogether and the EIAG. Ready to learn more about this amazing partnership?
July 15, 2021 – Phoenix, AZ -- SpaceTogether and Economic Incentives Advisory Group (EIAG) have formed a strategic alliance to help small businesses, start-ups, nonprofits (including churches) claim their share of the $1.9 trillion available through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
SpaceTogether is a leading technology platform that pairs organizations with underutilized space with renters that need flexible space solutions, creating a successful outcome for both parties by building new revenue streams for some organizations while cutting unnecessary expenses for others. New revenue streams and increased savings equal greater profitability.
EIAG identifies under-utilized government financial programs, often with complex application and reporting. EIAG then helps by providing “process-driven solutions” to help businesses and nonprofits of all sizes receive millions in government grants and credits. This value-add process currently includes the $1.9 trillion available through the American Rescue Plan. Additional programs benefiting businesses include the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) and several Employee Sick Leave Credits, available to companies of 500 or fewer employees. EIAG makes the process of applying and securing these funds easy and efficient. Best of all, EIAG provides these services leveraging a “no-risk” fee model. Therefore, if a benefit is not secured, there are no costs associated with the services.
Most small businesses and nonprofit organizations do not have the ability or resources necessary to manage the applications and reporting requirements needed to comply with the federal programs. These rules change rapidly, and it can be a full-time job to stay on top of all the legislative changes. EIAG has managed employee-related credits, grants, and other financial programs for over twenty-two years, securing over $1.2 billion on behalf of businesses across the U.S.
“This is why the SpaceTogether/EIAG partnership is so impactful. Both companies already deliver value to clients. But, when we work together, we improve profitability, maximize savings, and save time, freeing our mutual clients to focus on their original mission,” says Bryant Colman, Managing Principal of EIAG.

“I could not be more excited to partner with an organization that shares our desire to impact communities, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Our only goal is to help our community leaders get back on track after surviving the setbacks of COVID-19. These government programs offer a huge jump-start to that process,” says Justin Knapp, CEO, SpaceTogether.
During a typical year, over $20 billion in government funding is left unclaimed. Companies that traditionally receive these significant government dollars are massive household names such as Amazon, GM, Toyota, Facebook, Microsoft, ExxonMobil, and other large corporations. The American Rescue Plan Act significantly changed the landscape, as the guidelines to qualify are designed to assist small businesses and nonprofit organizations with 500 or fewer employees.
Both SpaceTogether and EIAG provide value-oriented solutions that improve profitability and create time efficiencies. Through their strategic alliance, organizations can quickly and efficiently pursue various grant and credit programs available through the American Rescue Plan Act and other long-standing federal, state, and local government programs.
