If you’ve already posted your space, you might be wondering, What is SpaceTogether doing to help me find a renter? Well, we wrote this nifty little post to answer your question because we promise that we are hard at work trying to find you the best renter for your space as soon as possible.
This is what sets SpaceTogether apart from the rest. Our technology is designed to help you find qualified, verified renters—and find them quickly—because time is valuable. That’s why we do these four things automatically to make it easier and quicker for you, so you can focus on running your business.
How we help
- Verification: The first way we help providers get their spaces rented out is by having a safe process to verify renters. We do this by asking for information that deems the renter qualified to rent out your space, so you don’t have to worry about whether or not someone is going to waste your time. For example, we request information such as contact details, payment methods, and identity verification. Providers can always require this information later.
- Email blast: Once you’ve posted your space, we send out an email blast to renters in your area immediately. This is a quick way to let renters know that there is a new option for them, and it’s also a way for our providers to get their space noticed right away. Because of the email blast, many of our providers receive renter applications the same day!
- Social media and emails: One of our favorite ways to market a space is through “space highlights.” This is where we post a photo and information about a space on our social media platforms and in our email newsletters. This is an even wider audience than the email blast. We do this automatically for those who have a Professional subscription.
- Ads: We use spaces from the platform in our ads to reach beyond our followers on social media because there’s a huge market out there for space sharing. There are so many people that need space to rent for their organization, and their ideal space might be one of our space providers, aka you! Please note that we do this automatically for those who have a Professional subscription.
